I would let this man perform surgery on me any day.
How could you not? There's no way to run a cleaner surgery than the one where the doctor eats the offcuts.
This piece was based on a composite image, of a squid, (surprised?) and - wait for it - a crab! Who would have thunk it?
I think it turned out pretty well, I have never met him face to face. I have only seen him on the telly.
